Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
